Any issues I pick up on I will send healing to. Receiving healing is a relaxing experience, however the effect of this can be profound. Each individual feels the effects of healing differently, some examples are:

INITIAL HEALING SESSION,
WITH FEEDBACK

For your first energy healing session, in order to gain a deeper understanding of your health on all levels, the initial consultation is with Spiritual Healing. This is a slightly different technique to (the more well-known) Reiki. The recipient is seated and the treatment is mainly hands-off. The initial treatment will start with a consultation. The healing will then follow, I occasionally lead you into this with a relaxing meditation. I will take notes during the healing procedure and feedback will be given at the end. From this we can discuss the best form of treatment for your specific personal needs.

SEATED HEALING,
WITH FEEDBACK

Spiritual healing is received seated and the treatment is mainly hands-off. This is a very gentle and non-invasive treatment particularly suited to the elderly or frail.Notes are taken throughout and will be discussed after the healing, including individual self-help guidance on how you can better support yourself.These sessions are useful check-ins to measure progress more accurately and keep you on track. I generally recommend these after 2 to 3 hands-on sessions.

HANDS-ON HEALING

Hands-on Healing is a deeply relaxing and profound form of healing. Gentle healing touch is received on a massage bed, (fully-clothed) with a cloth or blanket covering. Notes are not taken during this treatment, so more time is dedicated to focusing on deep healing within that session.
REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE
In-person

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing foot massage. There will be a brief consultation before, and time for feedback after the massage.
Areas of the feet are massaged in connection to the organs and systems in the body, through the associated "reflex points" on the foot and lower leg. The reflex points can provide feedback on how the body systems are functioning and what may need support.
1:1 TRAINING & MENTORING IN ENERGY MEDICINE
Online or in-person

One to one mentoring and training in Energy Medicine. Classes can be in person or online. A variety of curriculum is covered from increased perception through our subtle senses, to psychic protection and healing. ​This is suitable for complete beginners to intermediates already with some training in areas such as Reiki.
DISTANT HEALING
Distant- short email sent

For times when you just need a top-up or some support. These sessions are less in-depth than in-person or online sessions. These can be helpful for children that you would like to support, but for whatever reason they are not keen to come for a session or it is not practical. Likewise for the frail, elderly or those for whom it's not practical to attend in-person or online.
A short email will be sent afterwards with any notes or feedback from the session.
HOUSE CLEARING / BLESSING

A House Clearing or Blessing is helpful when moving into a new home and you wish to "re-set" the energetics, ensuring there are no lingering undesirable energetics, and gaining insight on how to get the best out of your new home.
I can include recommendations for room function, furniture placement and colour advice, as well as energy hygiene recommendations to manage any challenging areas of your home, to help support you and your loved ones.
House Clearing or Blessing can also be helpful if there have been challenging events or "goings-on" in your home. Have there been repeated unexplainable issues? Have there been any disturbances, or is there anything that has caused you or your loved ones to feel unsettled or frightened? Have family members had unexplained sleep issues? Can you not figure out your room layout?
Would you like your garden to feel more alive - learn how to create a better relationship with the nature spirits (or fairies) of your garden.

Clearing can be limited to one room (such as a child's bedroom) or a garden, but generally, I recommend the whole home be assessed and balanced. This can be discussed in the call. Please book below.
Under 7's INITIAL SESSION + EMAILED HEALTH REPORT

Young children's energy is more fluid than adults and shifts can occur more quickly. There is also less history to work through so cases are often simpler. Energy Healing is a very gentle therapy for children that does not require shy children to talk.
Receiving healing is a calming experience and even young children can usually tolerate sitting still comfortably for longer than normal.
Similar to the adults initial consultation, but this will just last an hour. This is a seated mainly hands-off treatment, and treatment notes are emailed after the session.
UNDER 7's
FOLLOW-ON HEALING
Online or in-person
Up to 60min : £60 (0-7years old)
Young children's energy is more fluid than adults and shifts can occur more quickly. There is also less history to work through so cases are often simpler. Energy Healing is a very gentle therapy for children that does not require shy children to talk.

Seated or gentle hands-on healing can be selected on the day depending on what the child and parent feel most comfortable with. If more convenient this can also be organised over Zoom, with minimal participation needed from the child. For example, online they could be sat colouring, or reading etc.

Receiving healing is a calming experience and even young children can usually tolerate sitting still comfortably for longer than normal.

Similar to the adult consultation, but this runs just up to an hour or as needed (sometimes healing are completed in less time).
